About

Pryers Solicitors is a specialist Court of Protection Property and Affairs law firm.  The Court of Protection is a specialist court that makes decisions about the property; finances; and personal welfare of those who lack the mental capacity to take decisions themselves.

The firm is led by partners Carmel Walsh and Robyn Hawxby who are both authorised to act as Court of Protection appointed Deputies and as trustees of Personal Injury Trusts.

Our team is committed to supporting people who are no longer able to make key decisions about their finances, including selling or renting their property.  Our support is centred on our individual clients, making sure we offer a personal approach to suit their circumstances.

When you need to take control of someone else’s affairs, to protect their best interests, it is important to get help and advice from a specialist Court of Protection solicitor.

Our whole service is designed around our clients, making sure we offer a personal approach to suit your individual needs. We have developed cutting-edge systems and procedures which enable us to run cases speedily and efficiently, enabling us to achieve excellent results for our clients.
