Court of Protection Property and Finances Solicitor Apprentice

Lorna has five years' experience in the legal sector. She is currently a Solicitor Apprentice in our Court of Protection Property and Finances team.

Lorna is responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Assisting the solicitors in her team
  • Drafting statements
  • Drafting letters of approach to experts
  • Research
  • Taking new enquiry calls

Lorna understands how nerve-wracking contacting a solicitor can be and wants to make this process as stress free as possible.

Lorna's expertise

Lorna has over 5 years experience in the legal sector. Working as a solicitor apprentice, she has moved into the Court of Protection team at Pryers after recently completing a seat in Switalskis medical negligence team.

Lorna completed her CILEX paralegal apprenticeship in 2020 before starting her solicitor apprenticeship in 2021.
