James joined the firm as an Office Assistant in 2008, and has progressed to a Paralegal position within the Personal Injury department in August 2010. James specialises in RTA claims.

He has dealt with a variety of different cases ranging from minor whiplash injuries to serious head injuries, orthopaedic injuries, fatal claims, inquests and psychological injuries. James is extremely client focused and delivers a high level of client care whilst ensuring they receive the best possible service and the maximum amount of compensation. James hopes to develop his knowledge within the clinical negligence department and to coincide this with his studies.


James worked previously at Cobbetts Solicitors in Leeds in Debt Recovery and also at an insurance company but wanted more of a 1-1 relationship with clients.

Originally from Scarborough, he now lives in York and in his spare time he enjoys all motorsports, horse riding, dining out, music festivals and spending time with his family and friends.
