£18,000 Settlement
Pryers have successfully recovered £18,000 in compensation for a client who slipped on a wet floor in a pub.
The Defendant initially denied liability for the accident, but Pryers got them to concede liability for the accident and subsequent injuries that G suffered.
Medical evidence confirmed that G sustained a fracture to her leg which left a significant scar after surgery was required. G was left with permanent physical and cosmetic symptoms as a result of the accident.
The award represented £17,000 for the injuries G suffered and £1,000 for her financial losses.
