Pryers have successfully recovered £2,423 in compensation for female client’s pain and suffering and losses.
Mrs P was attending an evening event at a hotel premises when she slipped as a result of liquid being on the floor. Mrs P suffered a fracture of her left elbow.
Liability was denied throughout and Court proceedings had to be issued and liability continued to be denied. The matter was set down for trial and an offer was received from the Defendants of £2,423 which was accepted by Mrs P.
