£2,350 Settlement
The Claimant (a child) was a passenger in his grandmother’s car when she lost control and collided with a traffic island. The Claimant sustained soft tissue injuries to his neck, shoulder and back as well as suffering with headaches and travel anxiety. As this claim involved a child recovering damages, it was necessary to have the award approved by the Court. The Judge at the approval hearing commented that Pryers had achieved a higher settlement than he would have awarded if he had determined the case at trial.
