This claim was brought on behalf of a Polish speaking client. He understood very basic English. Accident occurred at work when he fell from an inadequately secured ladder, falling a considerable distance and sustaining a serious ankle injury. Liability was denied and court proceedings were commenced. The case was list the trial.
