The client out cycling when came off bike due to pothole. Mr P had dealt with claim initially himself but came to Pryers as he was experiencing difficulties with the insurance company and in obtaining and understanding the medical evidence. The client was employed as a Royal Navy diver and as he had sustained a posterior horn tear of medial meniscus and needed an arthroscopy, he was concerned how this might impact upon his employment.

Injury could have been degenerative in nature, but it eventually transpired that it was not.
