£1,400 Settlement
The Claimant was dining in a restaurant when she broke her tooth on a stone within the salad starter. The incident had been properly reported at the time to staff. The Defendant company which operated the restaurant were unhelpful and hid behind a smokescreen involving a multitude of companies and identities which created issues in identifying the correct defendant for proceedings.
Pryers sought to resolve this complex issue and we proceeded with the case to trial when the Judge found in favour of the Claimant and awarded her compensation and costs.
