Dentist Extracts Teeth Instead Of Exposing Them In £5,000 Dental Negligence Claim

£5,000 Settlement

Pryers Solicitors successfully represented Sonia, 42, in a dental negligence case.

On the 10th October 2014, Sonia attended surgery to have the UR3 and UL3 teeth exposed. However, instead of exposing the teeth, the dentist extracted both of her teeth.

A letter of claim was served in 2017, and the defendant admitted liability. Pryers Solicitors was also able to obtain condition and prognosis evidence, leading to an offer of £5,000, which Sonia accepted.
