There is a host of development underway within the Hungate area making it a vibrant place to live and do businesses and we are pleased to have facilitated the expansion of Pryers Solicitors within the building.”
Ian Pryer, Partner, Pryers Solicitors LLP commented: “We are delighted to take up this opportunity of additional office space in this increasingly buoyant part of York. With the backing of our new owners, The Pure Group, Pryers continues to go from strength to strength.”
Richard Flanagan at Flanagan James added; “Grade A office space in this sought-after area of the city is in short supply and the fact that Quartz Point is now fully let to a high profile tenant line-up, signifies the success of the building.”
