This year, we are set to raise money for the hugely popular charity event Sport Relief. A team have organised an indoor triathlon this Friday at Supersonic gym next door to our offices in York city centre. We are preparing for our challenge this Friday, with each member facing shifts on the rowing machine, exercise bike and cross-trainer, culminating in a combined 12 hours of exercise.

Amy Crundwell, Associate Solicitor at Pryers said “We are excited for our challenge, we have people taking part with differing fitness levels. This isn’t about the distance; it is about us working together to achieve something and raise funds and awareness for Sport Relief. Some of the team attend weekly classes at Supersonic, so we expect that the instructors will push us to achieve our goal.”

You can show your support for the Pryers team and most importantly for Sport Relief by donating and sharing our JustGiving Page in order to raise money for those who are living incredibly tough lives in the UK and around the world.

If anything positive is to come of this pandemic, let’s hope it is a new, even deeper appreciation of our National Health Service, so that they are appropriately staffed and resourced to allow them to do what they signed up for.
