Partner completes the Edinburgh Marathon

Simon Wise, Partner of Pryers Solicitors LLP was delighted to finish the Edinburgh Marathon this weekend.

This was Simon's first attempt at completing the 26.2 mile distance.  Tourists and locals were enjoying the weather conditions which saw temperatures sourinto the mid 20's, however for the marathon runners this resulted in a much higher demand on the drinks stations located along the course.

By the time Simon reached the 16 mile marker the water station was empty.  He, and his fellow runnershad to keep going for a further 5 miles until, much to their relief, water was being handed out by charitable spectators.
